Booking Deadlines
All Appointments cancelled after 5 am the day will be charged in full for the appointment. If you need to cancel after midnight you will need to call 303-903-8992 or email [email protected]. Prior to 5am you can cancel in Petcheck technology directly. All appointments booked after 5pm -Midnight the day before will have a late booking fee of $5. Same Day appointments must be booked directly by phone or email and must be confirmed. Please call 303-903-8992 or email [email protected]. All Same Day appointments incur a $10 fee Holiday Fees The following holidays incur a $5 holiday fee on all appointments. $10 holiday fee on all overnight pet sitting New Year’s Eve New Year’s Day Easter Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day After Hours Fees All appointments with an availability window that all or part of is before 7am or after 7pm will be charged an after hours fee of $5 Regardless if the time appointment is performed.. For example if your window is 6pm-8pm you would be charged the after hours fee regardless of the time of arrival. We ask for 2 hours availability to avoid incurring this fee. For instance if you your window was 5-7pm you would not incur the fee. Appointment Windows We ask for a minimum 2 hour appointment window to perform all service. If the full window does not fall within 7am and 7pm you will incur after hours fees. Upgraded appointment Windows 1 hour upgraded window- additional $5 fee 30 min upgraded window-additional $10 fee Scheduling All customer’s are expected to request their appointments directly in Petcheck Technology to ensure that their appointments are in their correctly. If you need assistance with booking feel free to call us to assist you but you are responsible for verifying that all appointments are booked correctly. Payment Every Monday Morning your Credit Card will be charged for the previous week’s service and a copy of the paid invoice will be sent to you.. Payment is Due each Monday for all appointments. Payment is due weekly on Monday after services were performed. If you have services that go over a 2 week time period 2 payments would be do. If you do not pay via Petcheck then you are expected to have payment prior to services being performed. There is a $50 fee for all returned checks. There is a 15% Late Processing Fee on all appointments. If payment is not received by Monday following services being performed. Unless arrangements have been made in advance. |
